Cesar Millan of the Dog Whisperer became a U.S. citizen on March 12, 2009!
He passed the citizenship test earlier this year and was sworn in at a ceremony in Montebello, Calif., just north of Los Angeles. Cesar was joined at the ceremony by his wife Ilusion and two sons, Andre and Calvin.
Congratulations Cesar, and thank you for all the great work you are doing for dogs and their people!
